This work is a part of a rather romantic series, I used a lot of fabric swatches, lace and embroidery.

- My name is Anat and I live in Toronto with my husband and my cat. I like working in a variety of styles using different techniques and materials. While constantly changing and evolving as an artist - I'm always drawn to color and texture. It's the little things around me that grab my attention and become the source of my inspiration; random leaves and flowers that are blown by the wind onto the gray asphalt pavement, or old fabric swatches that found their way into my closet. Sometimes I actually use these materials in my art, reviving them and giving them new life .
